The Dish

I've graduated from the newborn stroller, into the jogging stroller. I like it much better because I like to see where I am going. And its a pretty smooth ride too.

Today we did a (very long) hike in the jogging stroller at the "Stanford Dish". If you look closely, you might notice Stanford's large radio telescope dish in the background, hence the name of this hike. And, if you use your imagination, you might be able to make out the city of San Francisco way off on the horizon in the photo on the right. It's hard to make it out though. More Cousins

Here's a great photo of me and some of the cousins...
I'm in the front, and then in the back row, from left to right: Jake, Harley, Briar, Jaymes, and Corrina.

Below, you'll see Jake and me doing some "tummy time". Its important for us to learn to push up, and eventually roll over.

Jake is much better at tummy-time than me. His sister Corrina was giving him a small handicap though, by adding a little counterweight to try to level the playing field.

And finally for today, I wanted to show you this photo of my cousin Stone. He's Harley's little brother. Wow, so many cousins, its hard to keep track of them all, and there's still more notpictured here.

Cousin Jake

Here's some photos of Jake and me. I really like my cousin Jake because we are very close in age. We got to spend a lot of time together.

Connecticut

I've been in Connecticut for about a week now. Its been incredible....I can't believe how many relatives I have here. I haven't had much time to update the blog, sorry. Its been very busy, meeting new people every day, but a lot of fun too. I've been having lots of conversations with everyone, and I still sleep pretty well at night because I am so tired by the end of each day.

Here's a photo of me with just some of my New England family....and there'll be more photos coming your way soon, so stay tuned.

Beach

Well, I'm still on vacation, but wanted to tell you all that I had a fantastic time at the beach. We stayed in a nice big comfortable house that faced right onto the ocean. I didn't go in the water of course, but I did spend some time on the beach with my mom's friends. By the way, the sunglasses worked out great, because it was so bright and sunny there.

I didn't mind the trip on the plane. Actually I really like plane travel because I get to be face-to-face with mommy and daddy for the entire time. But I really don't like car travel (i hate it) because I get restrained and put into my seat, in the back, and I can't see anything. I can't wait until I am allowed to face forward so that I can see some stuff. It was a long drive from the Jersey Shore to Connecticut, and let me tell you, I mad my unhappiness known.

Right now I'm in Connecticut, staying with Mamere and Poppi. I have been meeting lots of new Aunts, Uncles and cousins. And there are still lots more to meet. I will post some more photos and info from Connecticut soon. But for now, here's a couple of photos from the beach.

Sunglasses

How do you like my beach look? We're going to the beach next week, so I've been testing these sunglasses before we leave - you know, I have to make sure they suit me, and that I'll still look cool. After a weekend at the beach in New Jersey, we'll got to Connecticut to visit family - lots of relatives to meet.

Last week I went for my 2 month visit with Dr Nikki. She gave me 4 vaccinations - I got jabbed twice in each thigh. Now....I've been hungry... I've been tired... and I thought I knew the meaning of pain...but I've never felt ANYTHING like that kind of pain before! She stuck thoses needles right into me, through my skin! Well, I suppose its all for the best. Dr Nikki says I am in excellent health, and I have nothing to be worried about.

I am not sure if I will be able to keep this blog updated while on vacation next week, it depends on internet access. I will try, but don't be surprised if you don't hear much from me for 2 weeks.
