Jumpster

This is my new favoutite activity - the Jumpster. It hangs in a doorway, and has a spring that helps me jump - and I can spin around too. Everyone should have one of these.

My friend Alexandre

Here's a photo of me and one of my best friends - this is Alexandre, and we went for a great hike with our parents on the weekend. Alexandre is 6 months older than me, and he's so clever. I'm learning lots from watching him. I have other friends too which I hope to introduce to you in future.

I am very busy at the moment learning to roll. I can easily roll now from my back over onto my tummy. In fact, whenever I get put down on the floor, I just go ahead and do it automatically, without thinking. The problem is that I can't go the other way, and I almost always get stuck on my tummy. This is very frustrating, and you can see in the photo below. Someone has to come and rescue me every time. Hopefully soon I will learn to go back the other way so I can get myself out of those embarrassing situations.

cousins

This week we had some very special guests. My cousins, Michael and Chris, and my Aunt Jeanette and Uncle Al came all the way from Washington DC to meet me. Washington DC is a long way from Redwood City.

Michael and Chris are big boys, not babies like me. I really liked hanging out with them and I can't wait until I can run around and play with them. We went to play at the park, we went to Happy Hollow ( a kind of zoo/playground) and we went to San Francisco to explore the city a bit.

I am so excited that they came all this way to see me.

Here's a photo of us kids in the back of the car, on the way to Happy Hollow (click to enlarge).

Here's me hanging out with my cousins Michael (left) and Chris (right). Don't I look big!

And this is all of us on a pier in San Francisco.... Yeah, I know, I do look small in this one.

Our other cousins, Gabriel and Oliver, who live nearby to me also came up to spend some time with us. Here's the cousins together (except me).
